Advanced Disk Commander is a disk utility designed to be used in conjunction with both Windows and Linux operating systems. It provides a graphical interface for viewing and editing disk partitions and the file systems contained therein. Advanced Disk Commander can be used to examine, change, delete, and create partitions and mount, unmount, show and hide volumes.
Advanced Disk Commander was developed with one of the main functions being able to change the allocation of hard disk space from one partition to another. This allows for easier partitioning of a disk and creation of a new partition if need be.
Advanced Disk Commander offers a unique feature called UUID as a way of uniquely identifying a volume. This is an extremely valuable tool to help users identify a volume in case they cannot remember the label or a typical computer-generated identifier.
– Partition, volume and folder management
– Ability to manage volume UUIDs
– Ability to navigate to and delete drive partitions
– Ability to manage volumes and their content
– Ability to format and copy partition or volume content
– Ability to mount and unmount volumes
– Saves settings on exit
– Ability to view partition table and selected partition contents
– Ability to edit partition table directly
– Ability to view partition and volume properties
– Ability to edit volume UUIDs directly
– Full Unicode support
Advanced Disk Commander was developed by Advanced Software Technology, Inc. and is a freeware program.

HTTP auto-enabling-enabled: HTTP Auto-Enabling-Enabled indicates whether HTTP Auto-Enabling is turned on in the Web application. HTTP Auto-Enabling is a feature that improves the overall performance of a Web application by automatically enabling HTTP compression (gzip) if the request is accepted by the Web application. HTTP Auto-Enabling is enabled by default for the ASP.NET development server. To enable this feature for a particular Web application, set the Enabled property in the Application Settings collection to True, and make sure that the setting is set to True for all Virtual Directories and Application Pool Settings for the Web application.
HTTP compression cache timeout: The HTTP Compression Cache Timeout property specifies the maximum time that an HTTP Compression cache can be cached. If an HTTP Compression cache is cached, it can be used for performance gains when the following are true: The Web application is not responding for more than 30 seconds, and the request matches the HTTP Compression cache key.
Insecure renegotiation: The Insecure Renegotiation property indicates whether or not TLS renegotiation is disabled. If renegotiation is enabled, an SSL connection is reestablished with new connection parameters after a secure connection is established. This allows the web server to safely re-use an existing connection.
Outbound random cache lifetime: The Outbound Random Cache Lifetime property specifies the number of seconds an outgoing request must complete successfully before the request cache is purged.
Session cookies: The Session Cookies property indicates whether or not to persist a cookie in the browser that is used to maintain session state for a Web application. If this property is set to True, the cookie is set in the browser, and its value is persisted between subsequent requests.
Temp directory: The Temp Directory property specifies the location of a temporary directory used by the HTTP runtime for all Web applications. If this property is set to an empty string, the HTTP runtime uses the operating system’s temporary directory. If this property is set to a valid directory path, the HTTP runtime uses this path as the temporary directory.
HTTP logging listener type: The HTTP Logging Listener Type property specifies the type of listener that is used to capture all HTTP activity in the Web application. The default value is WebEventLog. This listener type is the only one that allows you to monitor HTTP traffic.
HttpCompileControl: The HttpCompileControl property specifies how HttpCompile is invoked in the Web application. The value is one of the following strings: OnDemand
