Toggle automatic Alt-Tab when launching the game on Windows XP or when the game window gets a focus.

4 More Firing Victims
In the past six weeks, there have been four more local and state health department employee firings.
The latest dismissal was announced last week in the press release issued by the Secretary of State’s office. Health Director Caroline Smith announced the departure of David E. Anderson, M.D., after a multi-year term.
Anderson, who has served at the helm of the Jefferson County Health Department since January, 2010, was one of three full-time health department employees fired in March. This month, two other positions were eliminated and two more were retrenched.
Smith said Anderson and the three others had been fired because the Jefferson County Health Department had been severely under-budgeted for at least the previous two years.
Anderson’s statement reads:
I would like to thank everyone in Jefferson County for their support. When we came to Jefferson County we made a commitment to serve the citizens of this county, to provide the highest quality service in the most efficient manner. I am grateful for my experience and the people I met with here.
In March, two senior human resources managers and an assistant director were fired. In the past two months, two more human resources managers and a senior assistant director have lost their jobs.
Jefferson County was noted as having one of the highest percentages of unemployed or underemployed workers in Alabama. In recent months, more than 5,000 more jobs have been lost in the county than jobs created.
In late April, a federal judge ordered state and federal health departments in Alabama and Mississippi to stay open for at least one more year. The U.S. District Court’s order has not yet been complied with.
The order came in response to a class-action suit filed by the National Employment Law Project (NELP), a national organization that represents people who are fired from their jobs, along with their families and the community, when they are about to become eligible for Medicare.
